About Us
Our Story
Established in 2006, The Phoenix Center was founded with a deep commitment to empowering young adults and families facing life’s toughest transitions. Initially created to support young adults aging out of foster care, The Phoenix Center has since expanded its mission to address a wide array of needs within the community. Over the years, we’ve grown to offer comprehensive services that provide stability, life skills, and a strong support network for individuals striving for independence and a fresh start.
TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM
The transition from teenage years into adulthood is rarely an easy process. The Phoenix Center's goal is to lighten the load by bridging the gap of transitioning into becoming an independent, self sufficient adult. By offering education, money management, and housing. This program is geared towards homeless youth, and those who have aged out of the foster care system. Please contact us for more information.

Mission
Our mission at The Phoenix Center is simple yet powerful: to provide young adults and families with the tools and support they need to thrive. Through our Transitional Living Program and other services, we help participants secure stable housing, find meaningful employment, complete their education, and build healthy relationships. We envision a community where all young adults can transition into independence with confidence, resilience, and the backing of a compassionate support network.

Vision
To create a future where every young adult and family can access the resources, guidance, and community support they need to thrive independently and contribute positively to society. We envision a world where young people transition into adulthood with confidence, equipped with life skills, meaningful connections, and the resilience to lead fulfilling lives. The Phoenix Center strives to break cycles of poverty, homelessness, and instability, fostering empowered individuals and stronger communities.
